Art Group Day 9- Pots

Red Fish's pinch pot and coil pot

Today we made two different kinds of pots in art group. First we made pinch pots by rolling a ball of clay and then forming a hole with our thumb and pinching the clay into place. Then we made coil pots by rolling the clay out, spiraling it up and smoothing it together. Always a classic. New Fish made a pot too but she smashed it flat shortly afterwards. Process not product right?
