Art Group Day 5- Splatters with Liquid Watercolors

I didn't get very good pictures today.  Too busy with the kids I guess.  We had a fabulous time working with liquid watercolors.  They are by far my favorite medium for kid art.  The kids spent almost and hour and a half painting their little hearts out.  We started with a big sheet to test out the sprayers, bingo bottles and eye droppers.  Then we switched to Texas Snowflakes and difusing shapes.  Surprisingly the difusing shapes went over much bigger than the snowflakes this time.  This project is always a favorite but it's a little different every time we do it.  We repeated the Brian Froud book "Strange Stains and Mysterious Smells."

I love all of your ideas! Thanks for posting these. The watercolors in ice cube trays is genius! I've been trying to figure out a good way to keep them and paint separated without using a million paper plates. Thanks!
