There have been a bunch of winter waterclored night scenes all over the internet.  I think they are beautiful so we tried some.  The girls used contact paper and masking tape to block out their trees and moon and added some crayon details.  Then they covered them in liquid watercolor and sprinkled salt on them.  I think they thought the salt was the best part.  We need to paint more, it is just hard during the winter.
